I like to see three of this card in every plant deck because cards like this make you take advantage on the game. For example: Your opponent have a goyo guardian you can take goyo attack him activate its effect and sacrifice his monster to bring gigaplant or tytannial. Another tactic is: you can take one of his or her monster put nettles twilight rose knight or copy plant and use his own monsters for synchro summon yours. It's the best spell card for plant decks like black garden.

Great for getting out Synchros, the "swing for game" moves, and nabbing monsters for tribute bait. The cost to use the card is worth it, just watch out on what you choose to remove.

I would rate this card between 4 and 5. Mark of the Rose is undoubtedly the most interesting tech card offered to plants. Kind of like a Snatch Steal, Mark of the Rose can quickly shock your opponent by taking control of a monster they really need. This card is great, but the reason I gave it more around a 4 was because you simply don't NEED this card in plant decks. Like I said in the Pollinosis review, adding this card in triplicate or duplicate in a Plant-type deck won't do anything but help. Plants are just so great already that you don't have to spring for a pricier card like this is you don't want to. If you can afford to buy three, then do so. 4.3/5 Second Opinion 4.7/5
