Amazing card. Her discarding and burn effect just screams "USE ME WITH MAGICAL EXPLOSION!". I use a Tempest Explosion deck right now and it is the most fun I've ever had with this game!

This card is beastly! You don't mess with this card. Not only that, but it's a true incredible force when it is on the field with Arcanite Magician. Both of those on the field are an incredulous combination.

Do you use Spellcasters and often get in near losing situations with them?Do you forget to attack and leave your opponents life points close to full? When you duel do you always have s***t loads of Spell Counters and you don't know what to do with them? If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions then this is the solution for you!
Tempest Magician is one of the definitive game ender cards for spellcasters who STRESS SPELL COUNTER USAGE. You can be downright losing late game but bring out this card late game with 16+ spell counters on the game and you've most likely won! If anything though this is NOT an early game card, unless you're using it to back up Arcanite. Definitely use this card with: Magical Exemplar, Magical Citadel, and if you want Arcanite.

Flawless card indeed. This would most certainly make a burning spellcaster deck such as my own a force to be reckon with. The fact that you can discard as many cards to make this card have the same amount of spell counters depending on how much you discarded makes an intimidating combo with "Miracle restoring" if you discarded "Dark Magician".
