This card is limited because it actually is pretty decent lol. If you give up 3000 life points (in a critical situation) you pretty much lock down all major monsters that your opponent has. it can be destroyed sure, but it's a high threat card for any stall deck. Especially if you mix it with Level Limit Area B, Swords of Concealing Light, Swords of Revealing Light, and Gravity Bind. If you have those 6 cards in a stall deck you can effectively push your opponent away indefinitely. This card is limited for a reason.
