This card is extremely useful when running a Disaster Dragon (or variation thereupon) deck with Fusion monsters. In my deck I'm running Red-Eyes B.D. (x3) with Summoned Skull (x2) with Polymerization (x2), yet it is still hard to get out one of my two Black Skull Dragons, even with a Dark Hex-Sealed Fusion. This card is very good in these conditions to be used later on in the game, where I should have a Red Eyes B.D. or Summoned Skull in play and a D.H.S.F in the graveyard, or vice versa. Removing from play a Red-Eyes will not be a problem, since I have another two which a lot of my deck runs off.
Can prove a lot more useful than Polymerization; especially with Five-Headed Dragon, which is very hard to summon with just a normal Poly.

this card is tier-2 material today's top tier cards revolve around the use of "Formula Synchron" and cards that revolves around graveyards.
