Man, I got a pack for the lulz (because yu-gi-oh packs usually suck) and I got this in ultimate rare! Great card, especially for black rose dragon hate.

This card is soooo good this format. With Heavy gone and everyone running Giant Trunade, Cold Wave, and Trap Stun, this card is a life saver. Against Sabers? No more Hyunlei, no more Brionac, and most importantly, no more crazy Cold Wave -> Faultroll shenanigans. This is great in opening hands and not to mention it's a tuner. Can anyone say Ancient Sacred Wyvern? Any deck that wants to be competitive this format is required to at least side deck this if not main deck Effect Veiler and in multiple copies.

One of the few cards that can save you from Cold Wave. Definitely Main Deck worthy!
