This is the answer to Dandylion being limited. Debris can revive it and synch for Black Rose, and you get your next peten for defense rather than fluff tokens. It also has the great effect of multiplying as soon as it hits the graveyard, just like Dandy. Plants may make a comeback if people just realize this card exists.

Just to point out he misses timing when you synchro with him, so really reborn tengu is a much better choice

Peten is a fairly playable card in almost any deck, and a very wise choice of card. No matter how he is sent to the graveyard, you can bring out a second peten. He is especially very playable in synchro decks.
