The Graphic of this card is beautiful. The Effect of it is amazing. The power, and with the trouble of trying to get it out balances out well. When you do have it out, having a lot of equip cars in your graveyard makes it hard to get off the field, and with the attack he has, it not one to be taken out easily.

The card may be some what difficult to summon, unless of course you are using a Morphtronic/Power Tool Dragon deck. For example, I use this card with my Gemini deck. This makes sence since Gemini monsters require two summons and Power Tool dragon needs to be used as a Synchro Material Monster to unleash its power. If your opponent has you in a cornered with less than 1000 points, this card could give you the boost you need. I mean read this card's effect. It is defenitely worth it. I am just happy that I own all signer dragons. The artwork is phenomenal, its ATK/DEF is suitable. Hopefully there is a tin for this card. This is a 5 star card.

According to TCG rules you cant use its effect if your LP is equal to or less than 4000. Its an ok card to me because unless your running an actual deck that can support this card, like equip spells then there really isnt much from this card. Now the great thing about this card is it puts the Burn decks on hold because it just neutralizes them.
