I personally still use this card. As most players will notice a lot of 5+ star monsters have more attack than defense. you can easily use this to your advantage, especially if you use cards with decent attack but great defense. Most people overlook this card because they think you have to use a labyrinth wall or battle footballer to get use out of this and then you leave yourself open for a huge attack, this is not true. Just pay attention to attack and defense of monsters and you can destroy a really pesky monster quickly if need be. Also if you do choose to use something with poor attack but extreme defense you can use something like mirror force or wobaku (sp) to temp your opponent into attacking the now weak card and lure them into a trap, double attack anyone?
