In vayu turbo, main 2, but in regular blackwings i would only suggest siding it. I would know, i've played blackwings since their release.

This is a great card with shield crush, along with black wing steel chain. I have destroyed many an earthbound immortal with that little combo. I love the blackwings :-)

this card is just "meh" its really not all that memorable. sure it will help siroccos effect to power up a fane or bora by a juicy amount but other than that it really doesn't have that good of an effect unless you can switch a monster into defence and pierce the heck out of it with bora or armed wing.

Sirocco > Elphin, Sirocco = Common; Elphin = Ultra Rare. Kinda strange, eh? 3*s only cause it will be useful when Vayu arrives.
