Simply awesome card and the ultimates look fantastic. This card has caused so much confusion due to its effect though. Sadly, for those who don't know, there is no lock when him and Great Shogun Shien are both on the field. Since his effect says to negate the activation and not just the effect it does not count towards Great Shogun Shien's effect of allowing them to only activate 1. This also confuses some people because if the summoning of a monster is negated then you can't summon a new monster, but that is because you are only allowed to "attempt" 1 summoning per turn (unless you're using something like Double Summon) but you can "attempt" as many Spells or Traps as you like. Still a wonderful card though.
