I think this card is underrated.
It can work wonders by changing all of your opponent's monsters into face-down defense position (be aware that it does the same to yours, so play it wisely).
However, this card becomes disastrous when used strategically with the other books and a Morphing Jar--perfect for a Morphing Jar OTK.
