if this card is brought out by shura's effect then it can be used to synchro summon for any monster because shura negates her effect to only synchro summon for a blackwing!

To correct what was said, Shura does not negate Breeze's effect. Konami has ruled Breeze's "only used for blackwing synchros" is a condition not an effect. It can't be disabled by skill drain or Shura unlike Vayu. Eitherway, Breeze is still a nifty card to have to speed up blackwing decks that have been getting slower.

Oh hey look, It's Gale's replacement... And its actually pretty decent. Its quite easy to special summon, only requiring a card effect add it to your hand, which can be accomplished in numerous ways, even amounting to Pot of Avarice. Though it is obviously easiest to abuse with Black Whirlwind. It is also Shura compatible. The only thing that really hurts it is the restriction on what you can Synchro it for, and the price obviously. Otherwise this is a really decent card and worthy at least a copy or two in the deck for Ridiculously easy Armor Master's.
