First 2 life and 3/2 for 3 mana it's perfect but you get more. When he died you got a 2/1 and 2 life for free...Very nice card. For the rules, the -1 counter do not remove with a +1 counter.

maybe you should read the rules.

If a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter are both placed on a creature, they are both removed immediately as a state based effect.

thus, the juniper order ranger, kitchen finks, sacrifice a billion times combo.

thank you.

love the finks. It's like loxodon hiirarch and call of the herd had a little baby.

I'm going to tell you the best combo with this creature because I'm sweet at this game. First you play Cloudstone Curio for 3. Then you play aluren for four making kitchen finks a flash free creature. then after you play the finks, the cloudstone curio lets you put 1 into your hand and then you'll have Infinite Mana. Thank you looking at the best life gain combo. Leave comments cause that is y finks is broken

Best creature of 2008 period. Solid stats for 3 mana? Check. Resistant to Wrath? Check. Shed loads of life gain? Check. If I am doomed to accept more favours from this ugly little critter then I am a happy man. Smash it!

This card is disgustingly good. DISGUSTINGLY good. Juniper order ranger is in the same colors, an amazing card, and makes this card literally unkillable. find a good sac outlet (may be hard to do in g/w, so id splash red for gargadon) infinite life, a ludacrously huge juniper, and a 1cc 9/7 haste.
1- forest, birds
2- forest, finks
3- forest, suspend gargadon, drop another finks for the lols?
4- forest, juniper order ranger. sacrifice the kitchen finks over 9,000 times (yes 9,000). Juniper is a 9,002/9,004, gargadon is out, and you are at 18,022 life.

hope they are playing mill.

im sorry to tell you this, but i couldnt give this card enough stars.
you see, what defines a good card, a pro ring good card is playability, power, and impact. this card has all three and then some. it is a three drop and the only colored mana it requires are hybrid, which means it fits into a nice spot in any deck with either or both of its colors. when it comes in, you gain life and to make that better, it can come back. this totals your gain at 4 life. does this look familiar yet? to top all that juicy goodness of, it comes in a nice 3/2 frame that returns as 2/1. can you say: new loxodon hiarch?

This is probably the worst card in magic the gathering I wish you could give negative stars for how terrible it is!!! First of all you can't sac a thousand times, maybe if you would read the rules you would figure that out!!!
