Basically run this as a 1-of in every {W and/or U} Weenie deck I own as a free cantrip medium. Rarely do I every actually cast it, but when I do it usually results in a victory. Though I do have a combo deck that uses this as a 4-of which results in a silly amount of cards.

Sky Hussar is a great card. It works extremely well at generating card advantage, and you can play it post combat step to untap all your attackers (or pro combat step to untap creatures that have been tapped by, say, Sky Hussar's Forecast ability). Also, Sky Hussar is big enough to be a reasonable air threat when keeping in mind its other abilities.
