Maharaja is Avalon Hill's multi-player game of 3000+ years of Indian history beginning with the Aryan invasions from the North and ending with the unification under British rule. In this sister game to the award-winning Britannia, each player controls several nationalities. Nations gain Victory Points in various ways - such as occupying specified areas of the map at specified times, eliminating the pieces of other nations, and for having the leader of your nation proclaimed "Great King" of india.
