I agree it's decent, but I also think that comparing it to FoW is sacreligious. All your opponent needs is one colorless mana available to render this thing useless. It's just too situational for me to give it more than 3 stars

This card is great in a T1.5 control deck. Even 1 in a deck is a solid, esp when your opponent tries to push a key spell through in the first turns of a game.

force spike is better almost all of the time. it's still pretty good, though...

top card for a blue mage deck, can play using 2nd ability as if it wer never playyed if ur versin a burn or discard. similare 2 the FORCE SPIKE

amazing card, especially in legacy. it's an extra force of will, essentially, and is so much easier on the wallet
