I cannot see any benefit to pairing this with Megrim or Underworld dreams. Both of those enchantments affect only your opponent(s), but this card affects only you. Maybe I am missing something?
[admin edit: Only if he has hive mind out will this spell activate with Megrim and Underworld Dreams. The Hive mind will make a copy for him, making him draw 7 and discard 3, maybe more if he has a hand of 7 to begin with making the damage with a 0 hand alone 13.]
