not a bad card. your opponent decides to volcanic fallout? well, he just wasted a card and you have a 2/2 to swing with on the next turn. an artifact with flash is also just really nice because it can surpise your opponent: for example, you have a master of etherium (a 2/2 in this situation) and an elsewhere flask, with 3 mana open. your opponent decides to attack with his three...and you pop this into play, making your master of etherium an invulnerable 3/3. trouble for your opponent...
