I tend to pick this over llanowar or BoP in predominately {G} decks that ramp, since I''m less likely to run into a disenchant vs. STP, but of course it can''t chump Pick your poison.

Generally depends on how you play this card, in a many colour deck it can fall flat where you'd need fertile ground really, i like this card though in mono colour decks as a slight mana acceleration instead of llanowar elves as it is harder to kill enchantments and if played on turn one can let you play for example imperious perfect turn two...(if you have another land in hand).

The only drawback is it can only be used for one color mana and if u choose the wrong color you just wasted the card. Also it can only enchant forests. However it is still a very useful card because it only cost one forest.
