it's the same thing as The Cheese Stands Alone which is the coolest card ever. that said this card is sweet. all you have to do is use a jokulhaups right after this and use a tireless tribe or other similar card to get rid of the cards in your hand and you win. The Cheese Stands Alone is better though because it's funnier to see people when they lose to a giant cheese wedge.

...Or, you could play lands that utilize sacrificing themselves and cards like Simian Spirit guide for more mana into an early win.

I give it 4 stars, for creativity and a card that likes to have a unique deck built around it.

I can see this card easily working with dimensional breach. Hardly worth building a deck around though.

You could always use Joihra to suspend Decree of Annihilation, stack the abilities so Decree resolves first, then win the game.

...use this card along w/d other defender creatures, destroy all creatures w/ wrath, and destroy all lands w/ armagedon, this is pretty tough challenge .

2 stars for the lack of utility. Still, it's a brilliant card to build a deck around if you like a challenge. If you have resources enough for 7 mana, try playing Barren Glory, then next turn float one black mana, play Jokulhaups to destroy all non-enchantment permanents, then spend the one black mana on One with Nothing, discarding your hand. There's a chance your opponent will play a land next turn and do something crazy with a one-drop spell, but it ain't likely. Just wait out the opponent's turn, and the game is yours.
