having mana problems with this deck? you know what im talking about drawing 3-4 mana for a couple of turns? i found an easy solution the mana is worthless unless you plan on a BIG wolf spell or something else...but seriously add monstrify, it works well when the only card in your hand is a green or red mana :-P just toss it and say hey my raiders are now 7/7 and cant be blocked by blue oh hey your creature becomes blue btw o wait i have umbra mantle out on the field all your creatures become blue you take 7 el oh el XD

WHAT UP NINJA!

It was actually my best deck, until I bought the sliver evolution and the unraveling mind deck... But still, in my opinion this is the best shadowmoor deck ever!!!! Nobody has ever survived an army of ten 2/2 wolves! Or a massive Jaws of stone that cleans the table! And there are 3 howl of the night pack and 3 Jaws of stone???? Awesome!!!! Elsewhere flask would be one of my favortie card in that deck, it's THE card that makes me always win! And the creatures in there are cool too, like boggart ram-gang, mossbridge troll, tattermunge duo, etc, etc...
Buy it! (oh and don't forget the red-green liege)

this deck more than pays for itself you get 1 prismatic omen of awesomeness (what were they thinking when they made this) 1 boggart ram gang (amazing why only 1) and 2 flame javelins (3 mana for 4 dmg nice) along with some other goodies all in all this deck is on the weaker end and requires a few extras like wort or the deus to be awesome but its still pretty darn good and if everything runs well it is seriously overkill ill give it 5/5 for the cards in it but as far as decks are concerned if you want a good out of the box deck pick the blue/black or the red/black (my fav)

Jaws of Stone or Howl of the Night Pack + Elsewhere Flash or Prismatic Omen is a winning combo, I have to say, and the Farhaven Elves in this deck will help you get more lands out to power them even faster. Another good combo is Scuttlemutt + Mudbrawler Raiders or Runes of the Deus. The creatures with wither will make your opponent have to think very carefully about how s/he attacks or blocks. The only piece in the puzzle that doesn't fit for me is Mossbridge Troll: It can kill most creatures your opponent will bring against you, but to use it to its full potential you need to have played Howl of the Night Pack AND given it trample with Tower Above or Runes of the Deus, which is difficult to pull off. It's really a "win more" card that doesn't do you any good unless you're ALREADY winning. Then again, the name of the deck IS Overkill...

Great deck, got it on the pre-realease and when i can get those wolf or jaws of stone whit the enchant that gets all your land the type you want out the other player almost wants to give up evrytime and if your able to get mossbridge troll out its deadly even more if you give him trample.

I was really dissapointed with this deck. I bought it to play online and have lost nearly all my games. Mossbridge Troll is a really great idea, but when you have just played it, your opponent will allways find a way of removing it. I think the only time I managed to win was when my opponent was mana screwed. Dissapointing.
