Diplomatic Immunity

This is a terrific card, but I believe there are several things to consider. Spells that do NOT target the creature WILL still affect such creature. For instance, Wrath of God, Damnation, Dry Spell, etc. ALL WILL destroy/impact the enchanted creature. As such, you CAN still lose with, say, Ali from Cairo or Platinum Angel enchanted with this spell.

Further, spells that don't target the enchantment WILL impact the enchantment (i.e. tranquility, Essense Filter, etc.).

And the reason you use this spell while many other creatures may have this ability is rather rudimentary--because a card that may be key to the deck's theme can now be afforded significant protection.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this an outstanding card, much better than many of the previous "cloaking" type spells (Spectral Cloak, Anti-Magic Aura, etc.). Further, this card is probably the BEST of the "cloaking" enchantments, as it can't be targeted as well.

Enchant a Platinum Angel with this and you cant lose ever!

this card is great but can it be affected by holy day:(prevent all combat damage)

i agree this card goes great on ali from cairo & is better than spectral cloak hands down......never die.

ok u guys r right this is a good card, but i have a much better idea. How about we put it on Ali From Cairo, a red creature from Arabian Nights that has a built in worship. Now they will have to run u out of cards or lose the game.

this is a great card on any creature. 4 instace, u send out a angelic chorus and serra avatar(kick ass), then u play diplomatic immunity and it cant b target of spells like terror or dark banishing, and diplomatic immunity cant b further altered by this card like discenchants or erase.

Use it,worship and a small creature and you are indestructable (Unless someone disenchants the worship)

There is one weakness to diplomatic immunity and platinum angle and its furnace dragon

Weak card, you can get this ability build in a lot of creatures. Why waste another card?
