Inkmoth Nexus

They took an old concept, turned it around, then raped it with awesomeness. Not to mention Infect is an overpowered keyword ability... Wither + Poison is just brutal. I've been getting killed turn 2-3 too often with Invigorate + Berserk it makes me want to make G*y Fish again w/ FoW, Daze, Wasteland, and the whole works.

Granted, Yes... I know you can Pithing Needle, STP/PTE, Nature's Claim, and Chain of Vapor/Unsummon. Even a well placed shock or lightning bolt would do it in response to Invigorate/Giant Growth on the stack, but it's still a pain in my ARSE.

i cant wait to drop these in my mono-blue stasis lockdown deck as a win condition

this card is just amazing. makes the slow infect decks faster and more of a threat. love the fact that it has flying, making it easy to pump up and kill your opponents. worth the money.

This is a great card. Valuable too.

this is going to be the new mishra's factory not as big as the 2/2 and no pump ability but the infect and flying make up for that. this will be a force to be dealt with in many formats. i was luck to pull one in my first fat pack i just 3 more.....

I think its good to if you combo it wit mass/normal polymorph.

This card has carried me a couple of times in matches....one of the best lands out there.

In one pack I landed an Inkmoth Nexus AND a Foil Thrun. sick sick SICK! The probability to land two amazing cards with one of them being foil is pretty insane!
But yeah... I think Inkmoth is single handedly the most important card for Infect. The price is DEFINITELY going to rise once people realize how freakin awesome this card is. MARK MY WORDS! My favorite card from Besieged.

3 here. Point is, at the moment, this card is a diamond in the rough. When spreading seas and tectonic edge move out with sculptor, this card could become a huge threat for an infect deck. Right now it's underrated as far as mana cost / turns taken to win goes. Mana cost, turn 2 1 poison counter is decent, but i'd rather drop a Blight Mamba or some 2 drop infector to establish board position. The next turn I can win, Assault Strobe, Land Drop (either smoldering, or a forest) Groundswell (only with smoldering drop) or Vines kicked (only with a forest drop) and bang, 10 poison on turn 3, hard to stop, even harder to beat. Poison may become a huge thing, or the worst, the completion of the scars block, m12 and the next block will determine whether or not poison will get a tournament winning spot.

i can easily see this card becoming illegal in tournaments
