Viridian Longbow

Throw this on a creature with poisonous. Also, Horseshoe crab likes this card a lot.

Forget Phage the Untouchable, equip this on a cheap creature with deathtouch such as Thornweald Archer, Tangle Asp or Toxic Iguanar and you can easily pick off your opponents entire defense. For enhanced results, equip Scythe of the Wretched and Kusari Gama.

i wonder if Phage the Untouchable knows how to shoot this thing... hehehehe

I'm gonna have to say 5 stars for this card. Cus lets face it... A bit into a game when your opponent actually has creatures out, attach this to a Goblin Lackey, and... Well... What can they do but cry? Great for a Goblin deck.

Here's a little reminder, you can equip this to a creature or item that has an ability that affects the opponent when they are damaged by that creature or item. Example:Very nice to add to the dimir cutpurse and others when you just can't seem to get past their 11/11 whatever monster.

This is a good card with lots of potential, but putting it on Phage the Untouchable is pretty pointless. The damage from the Longbow is not combat damage , so it will not trigger either of Phage's abilities. Thanks for playing, please try again.

The poisonous ability is based on the creature dealing combat damage. As mentioned above, the damage from the longbow is not combat damage, which means poisonous creatures will not work either.

A creature with death touch will work nicely with this, but you better take a closer look at the Tangle Asp. It says that a creature that blocks or is blocked by it is destroyed. This is not the same as deathtouch.

Good card, creatures that have effects after damaging a player or creature (not combat damage) are great canidates for this. like lowland basilisk and barbed shocker.

It doesn't work with dimir cutpurse: with him its COMBAT damage.
