this is one of the best counterspells. it's up there with remand, cryptic, force of will, and mana drain.

Best counter spell since, well, Counterspell. Easily inserted into any deck, just to keep your opponent from tapping his last three safely. Classic mind meddler. May not survive in 10th with Rune Snag, but will still be a classic.

Perfectly splashable countermagic that's perfect for aggro. Couple this with Remand, and you've just added a nice tempo boost to your deck.

This is a great card. I use it when im playing 2 color or more control decks (my megrim, grafted skullcap, donate deck, my psychatog deck, and my counter+land destruction deck). Its cheap, and rarely do people have 3 extra mana to tap. Even if they do, now they have to pay an extra 3. HAHA!

goes so good in a blue white control deck, meddling mage would help this deck alot aswell. in a blue deck id have forbid or force of will, but if u can fit this card in, could work well, never tried it. i love blue mage decks, most ppl dun have teh pacients 4 it.
