This card is...well amazing. If your playing a ramp deck (a deck where you just gain a LOT of mana) then you basicly won. A ramp deck gets big creatures out quickly with a lot of mana to spare, and if you have no hand the entire process just ends but with this card all that unused mana are 8,8''s and if your doing it right then you have a lot bigger cards. So when that happens you practically win

Important to note that as with all lands = creatures cards if your opponent board wipes it kills all of your lands as well, and a guaranteed win for you turns into one for them

Pretty good mythic. The drawbacks are its casting cost and the fact you need to damage an opponent in order for Liege's magic to work. If you're successful, you could have the game. Good for living lands decks, just get it out quick with elvish piper or dramatic entrance or something like that.
