I owned draft with this guy, only thing that annoyed the hell out of me was vedalken certarch and rust tick, which I was running myself but didn't get removal other than dispence justice; which rocked draft.
I can see this guy owning casual games, maybe w/ some lightning greaves and mana ramp to activate his nasty ability the same turn you play him. I doubt this will hit tourney tho because of all the artifact hate that's run.

Finally a dragon that does something i have a sick proliferate blue deck that gets this guy out on turn 3 not many decks in standard can deal with a 5/5 flyer blowing stuff up on turn 4 so i give this guy 5 stars one of my favorite cards out of the set!!
