Use this card with Obstinate Familiar!!! Skip your own drawing to prevent dmg and just use black fetch like demonic tutor*, etc. and then megrim the hell out of them because all the extra cards in hand

who cares if it deals damage to you? this, combined with kederekt parasite, howling mine, and underworld dreams (maybe even 3 or 4 megrims plus a tyrranize or two), and some board-sweeping spells (infest, pyroclasm, volcanic fallout) and a few agressive creatures (Ashenmoor Gouger, Shambling Remains) could be *really* good.

Looks like it could be better than "underworld dreams" and "howling mine" combined but it deals damage to you as well risky but could be sick in the right hands.
