Man Lands and Phasing creatures all come to mind to combo with this card since neither actually "Enter the Battlefield"(Phasing creatures don't enter or leave the battlefield when they phase in or out).
Really good art, and the potential of this getting out of hand is simply awesome. Just back it up with plenty of removal/bounce on their creatures, and protecting the Portcullis itself is a good idea also(Rebuff the Wicked, Counterspell, FoW, Hindering Light, Turn Aside, etc.)
