A great card. I play Legacy, and this is a staple for the deck I play, Reset High Tide. Since you win on your opponents turn and it is the turn you play this, the drawback is irrelevant. The "engine" of Reset High Tide would not work without cards like this. Great of you know how to use it.

A ecellent card , if you know how to use it. What you need to do is to skip all of your future turns until you draw your whole deck. Then play a seismic assault and discard all lands form your hand to do number of discarded lands times two damage to your opponent. It will kill almost anyone, if they don't have a fog. I highly reccomend it.
