Limited usefulness but unlimited power
This EX is one of the most selective ones out there. There aren''t many decks out there that can use it effectively. However if you can use it well in a deck like I did (4 rayquaza EX, 28 Fire Energy, 28 Lightning Energy) then you will find that games are very quick and you can win without too much trouble. If you are against a deck that has a pokemon with the Safeguard ability then you will automatically lose though, so keep that in mind if you are using my configuration. Overall I am overjoyed with how well my deck is working out. It may seem silly, but it sure does work.
