At Troll and Toad, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping collectible products to ensure they arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, new product releases, or special sales, processing times may extend slightly. Pre-order items will ship once they are officially released and available in stock.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified at checkout. You can contact support@trollandtoad.com to request separate shipments (additional shipping charges may apply).
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Orders are shipped from our North Carolina fulfillment center. Available carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package weight, size, and delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Usually delivers within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Free Shipping: May be offered for specific promotions or order thresholds and will be shown at checkout.
Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order ships, only if the selected carrier and package option at checkout includes tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking links to activate.
International Shipping
Troll and Toad ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges, which are not included in our prices or base shipping rates.
We partner with Zonos Global to simplify international orders. When you check out using Zonos, all taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated upfront so you can see the landed cost of your order in advance. This ensures faster customs clearance and a smoother delivery experience.
Tracking is available only if the carrier or international package type you select at checkout includes it. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Packaging & Protection
We understand the importance of condition to collectors. All single cards are packaged securely in protective sleeves, toploaders, or semi-rigids depending on value. Sealed products are packed in padded boxes with protective filler to minimize shifting or crushing during transit. Graded slabs are individually wrapped and reinforced.
If your order includes multiple item types (e.g., singles and sealed boxes), they may be packaged separately for safety and efficiency.
Shipping Insurance and Lost Packages
All shipments include basic carrier tracking when supported. Orders above certain thresholds may be automatically insured for loss or damage during transit. If you wish to add insurance to your order, please contact support@trollandtoad.com before checkout for available options.
If your order appears delayed, please check the tracking number first. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or local post office. After verifying, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist in filing a carrier investigation and help determine eligibility for a replacement or refund. Please note that carrier investigations may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a secure shipping address or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or if you receive incorrect items, contact support@trollandtoad.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected items. We will review the case promptly and, if applicable, issue a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Shipping Address Changes
Orders cannot be redirected once shipped. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to correct it before fulfillment begins. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Split Shipments
At our discretion, large or mixed orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure proper handling and protection. Customers will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
Buy List & Return Shipments
For customers sending items through our Buy List or approved return process, you are responsible for safe packaging and tracked shipping to our facility. We recommend insured carriers and protective materials for all collectible items. Troll and Toad is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments en route to us. Order Tracking & Support
Tracking information is provided via email when your order ships, only if a tracked service was selected at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information or your tracking link does not update after several days, please contact support@trollandtoad.com for assistance.
