Buy List Overview
Troll and Toad may allow users to sell cards, sealed products, or collectibles through our Buy List program. By using the Buy List, you agree to follow all rules and requirements outlined in the Buy List Policy. Submissions must match the exact set, version, and condition stated in your order and are subject to verification and approval upon arrival. Final pricing and acceptance will be determined after inspection. Any ineligible, counterfeit, or misrepresented items may be rejected or returned at your expense. Payment and processing timelines, condition grading, and return rules are detailed in the Buy List Policy. Submitting a Buy List order constitutes your agreement to those terms.
You agree to use the Troll and Toad website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site’s functionality, manipulate pricing, harvest data, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
