This is my favorite card. It's so elegant, yet dangerous, beautiful, yet destructive. Let's start with the basics: the monsters itself. At 7 stars, this is an incredibly easy synchro monster to summon. Any level 3 Tuner with any level 4, boom. LIGHT attribute, so it is compatible with LIGHT support. It's a dragon, so obviously, dragon support. Now, while its ATK might be a mere 2100, it makes up for it with an incredible DEF of 3000!! I always Synchro Summon her in defense position. With a godly defense like that, this card is awesome. Also, it is technically the strongest of the 5D's, because it has a total ATK and DEF of 5100, the second is Red Dragon Archfiend, with 5000. Now, on to the effect. Being able to Special Summon a level 4 or lower monster every turn is sick. Sure you skip your Battle Phase, but it is worth it to get those combos where you need more than one monster on your field. Also, to destroy a Field Spell to gain 1000 Life Points is pretty sweet, especially in tight situations, not to mention adding another Field Spell from the deck to the hand, meaning next turn you get an additional 1000 Life Points. Now, for me, I run an Ojama deck, so this card is amazing. I combo Egotistical Ape (by discarding a Beast monster I can Special Summon this level 5 Tuner) with pretty much any Ojama monster, all being level 2, for a simple Synchro Summon. Then, I have 3 Ojama Countries, 1 Ancient Forest, and 2 Spider Webs, so the Field Spell effect is awesome because I get a ton of Life Points. Since Ojamas have such low ATK's to begin with, skipping my Battle Phase to Special Summon another in order to get Ojama King out is a price worth paying!! All in all, Ancient Fairy Dragon is a beast card, USE IT!!

Hmm... okay? I just think its a great side against gravekeepers. You can destroy necrovalley, gain 1000 lp, and even special a monster if you need it. If you special summon Effect Veiler, you can very quickly turn this card into a Stardust, or Scrap Dragon.
