Noteworthy cards from Generation Force include Adreus, Keeper of Armageddon, Geargiano, Super Crashbug & Wind-Up Zenmaister. This set first introduces the “Crashbug”, “Geargiano”, “Keeper”, and “Wind-Up” archetypes and series. Absolute Crusader, all in all, isn't all too bad a card - It has fairly good base stats (1800 ATK) alongside a supported type and attribute. A lot of people view this card as a 'replacement' card for Thunder King Rai-Oh in non-competitive play. Allow me to inform you, straight off the bat, that this is not the case. AC is a good card in its own right, it's effect - which can destroy a LV5+ special summoned monster - is a great way to force the opponent to be cautious. In most cases, as long as they aren't summoning something along the lines of Prime Material Dragon or Stardust Dragon.
It is important to note that the effect is mandatory - meaning that when a LV5+ is Special summoned (by either player) - it activates. Although if your deck is focused on Xyz summons, this shouldn't be a problem.
It's a great deal. This card can provide an effect similar to Rai-Oh, although not quite, at a fraction of the price. Better yet, it can be used in other variants of fun decks. Personally, I find it an interesting Counter card in both my Warrior Solidarity deck, and my personal 'Xyz Madness' deck. Give it a go, and you might find it could work for you.
