Combo this with defender the magical warrior when your opponent has too much strong monsters. Activate this card and remove spell counters from defender so your spellcaster won't be destroy.

This card is situational. Use ONLY when you have either no monsters on the field, or your opponent is overwhelming you with monsters, or if they have something you just cannot kill. Use during your main phase right before you normal summon then summon.

A classic card, but I prefer Lightning Vortex than this. I don't want to wait until my field is cleared of monsters in order to use it. Thats really what situation this card is best for. The poor man's Raigeki in my opinion.
