great in my new meklord machina deck ability to be targeted and then pitch a card from opponents hand is what makes this card a must in any machine deck along with the resurrecting and hate when it dies

This card is amazing, and he's the trump card in a Machina Gadget Deck. Use Gadgets to always have a card to discard along with him to special summon him, then when he's in the grave dump 2 Gadgets or a Machina Force to bring him back. Machina Gadget decks are great right now, playing competitively against Blackwings, Lightsworn, and Zombies. It'll stay that way so long as this guy doesn't get limited or banned.

Incredible monster. The ability to Special Summon himself from the hand or Graveyard is outstanding. If Fortress is in your hand, thats 7 levels right off the bat, yup, you can discard Fortress himself for one of the requirements for his effect. Also, his effects are great too. Destroyed by battle? It takes something down with it. It's destroyed by a monster effect? You get to look at your opponent's hand and discard something out of it. Works great with Gearframe and Machina Force AND Ancient Gadg. Dragon. Summon 2 Machina Fortress from your Graveyard + Limiter Removal + a clear field is a OTK AND Gearframe itself can protect Fortress. There's a reason why he's Level 7 and not 8. If he was 8, then he would have been put on the banlist instantly.
