Moderately situational, but good nontheless. It counters Gorz, Gale the Whirlwind, Tragoedia, cyber dragon, the Tricky, ect. Even throw him in a dinosaur deck, he's easily complimented by Gilasaurus

this card is a perfect counter to cyber dragon
your opponent is like "I special summon Cyber Dragon from my hand"

lol, ok, well, pretty much worthless aside from that, most monsters are special summoned from the grave or the deck...

This has low attack for the average 7-8 star monster, but it is easy to summon because of it's effect and it is really cool.
