I don't give this card a 5 because its not OP nor boast extraordinary stats. As a level 7 it boast average attack power and its defensive power is low as well. However, its the ability of this card that makes it a 4 star oppose to a 3.
Zeman is cabale of negating attacks by a simple cost of a monster from the field or hand. This is great as it can provide defensive power for the field by discarding your hand. This can lead to a well fortified field and lead to massive counter attacks. While putting cards into the graveyard as most decks depend on anyways.
