Terrible card, nearly impossible to summon. However, I give 3 stars for the fact that it's a Ghost Rare for only 10 bucks. Also, to the one who commented above me. You cannot summon this monster in the fashion described. A Synchro Monster can only be Special Summoned from the Graveyard if it was properly Synchro Summoned in the first place. This is exactly why if you use Starlight Road to summon Stardust Dragon and you use said Stardust Dragon's negation effect. You cannot Special Summon that Stardust Dragon during your End Phase because it was not properly Synchro Summoned. You would, however, still get the effect that negates your opponent's card.
